Return & Refund Policy for Gold Custom Los Angeles

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for in-stock, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Engraved items
- Special orders or items on layaway/financing
3. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees (if applicable). Allow 5–10 business days for processing.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and approval. You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
