Walk into the showroom during business hours, or ship it insured to the address below. No appointment needed for a repair drop-off.

Free inspection and quote
A jeweler examines the piece under magnification, photographs its condition, and calls or texts you a firm price before touching it.
- 03
You approve, we work
Nothing happens until you say yes. Your stones stay in the piece and never leave the building.
- 04
Pickup or insured return
Collect it at the counter, or we ship it back insured and signature-required at no extra charge on repairs over $250.
Mail-in repair
Not in Los Angeles?
Ship the piece to us insured for its replacement value. Include your name, phone number and a note describing what needs fixing, and we will text you a quote the day it arrives.

How much will my repair cost?
Estimates are free and given after inspection. Simple work like a solder or a battery is quoted at the counter; anything structural is quoted within one business day.
Do you repair jewelry you did not sell?
Yes. Most of what comes across the bench was bought elsewhere, including inherited and antique pieces.
Will my stones be swapped?
No. Every piece is photographed and its stones plotted at intake, and you can watch the work through the counter if you would rather not leave it.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Workmanship is warrantied for six months. If a solder or setting we performed fails in normal wear, bring it back and we redo it at no charge.
